An event is meant to bring people together and create something meaningful. But in most cases, the planning process turns into a race against time. It becomes complicated, unclear, and harder than it should be.
We saw the need for something better.
And that’s where our story began.
The idea behind Apricot didn’t come overnight. It grew from years of real experience.
Our founder, Naveen Singh, worked in the hospitality and event industry for over 17 years. He managed a wide range of events — including weddings, corporate gatherings, and entertainment nights — across various destinations. During this time, he saw how vendor miscommunication and last-minute changes often caused problems. Instead of enjoying the moment, the host ended up managing issues they never expected.
To bring this change to life, Mr. Naveen founded Crown Tourism & Events LLP in 2015. He believed that event planning should feel clear, smooth, and well-supported. He brought together a team that plans every step with care, manages every detail, and stays with you throughout the entire process.
He later partnered with Deepak Bharti (CA), who took on the role of Director – Finance. Together, they aim to make every event seamless, meaningful, and budget-friendly.
We take full responsibility, so you don’t have to worry about follow-ups, unexpected changes, or last-minute issues. This allows you to enjoy your event while we handle everything in the background.
